Suzhou Rongsu Technology Co., Ltd.(AMmake)was formed in 2020 and is a high-tech company focusing on the field of metal wire feeding additive manufacturing. It is also a leading solution service provider of metal additive manufacturing in China. AMmake has mature laser wire feeding additive, wire arc additive and wire plasma technologies, engaging in three core business areas of self-developed additive equipment, printing services, and additive software. We offer 3D printing services for over 24 types of metal materials and have developed our own DED (Directed Energy Deposition) process control, monitoring, and analysis system. Our aim is to empower industrial production with automation, providing high-quality intelligent manufacturing solutions and professional pre-sales and after-sales services to users in fields such as aerospace, shipbuilding, petroleum equipment, nuclear and hydroelectric power, and research institutions.

 

 

AMmake has regional offices in Suzhou, Shanghai, and Huzhou. The founding team comprises experts from renowned universities and cutting-edge technology companies, with rich experience in equipment development, materials processing, software development, and other fields. Currently, we have established partnerships with nearly a hundred companies and top research institutions both domestically and internationally, including KUKA Robotics, Altair, Imperial College London, University of Bath, University of Cambridge, University of Sheffield, and University of Edinburgh. We have delivered over 600 printed parts with a total weight exceeding 4000 kilograms.

Additive Manufacturing Equipments:

  • Laser One

Laser One is the DED wire-laser additive manufacturing (WLAM) equipment independently developed by AMmake. Laser One equipped with VEAM six-laser coaxial feeding printing system, which can independently regulate each beam of laser to ensure a more uniform distribution of energy. And the deposition efficiency is as high as 1kg/h. Surface roughness of the finished product can reach up to 5μm. Configured with AMlens blue light melt pool camera monitoring camera, melt pool dynamics are visible, to ensure the stability of the printing process; integrated design to realize the water-gas-wire-optical-electrical all-in-one, compact in size and lightweight. Adopting the full closed-loop precision wire feeding system, the whole process of wire feeding is stable and smooth, compatible with 0.8-1.2mm diameter wires, and 100% utilization rate, which realizes lossless processing.

  • AMmake S2 Series

AMmake S2 series is the second generation of AMmake wire arc additive manufacturing platform for automated industrial production. It provides S2, S2 Plus, and S2 Mega three size options with compact and flexible layouts, of which the Mega version has a maximum molding cabin of up to 6 meters. The AMmake S2 series is newly upgraded with a pulsed full-compartment purification system, equipped with a highly dynamic melt pool camera, and compatible with conductive nozzles to ensure a stable printing environment as well as printing status. Equipped with AMtwin™ Pro data management system, it realizes the whole process of digital twinning and real-time visualization of key parameters and production data. AMmake S2 series has excellent printing process, with the advantages of customizable, large-size, automation, high efficiency and precision, etc.

  • AMmake T1

AMmake T1 is a small-medium sized wire arc additive platform designed for universities and scientific research institutions. Through the modular design and multi-scenario function setting, the system can meet the user’s exploration needs for new processes and new methods. The system is equipped with AMtwin software, which can completely record and reproduce the entire additive process by using digital twin technology. At the same time, it provides rich software and hardware interfaces to facilitate secondary development and expansion.

  • AMmake A1

AMmake A1 is a composite additive and subtractive manufacturing platform, integrating VMC machining center, AMmake intelligent arc additive solution, and AMmake HMC integrated intelligent control system, realizing in-situ integrated rapid prototyping and quality control of parts. HMC control system, together with AMtwin Pro process monitoring system and digital twin system, can digitally model and analyze the entire manufacturing process, while performing one-step molding of complex parts. AMmake A1 not only has a user-friendly human-machine interface, but also realizes visual monitoring and tracing of the process, thus ensuring optimization and quality control of part manufacturing.

  • AMlens Melting Pool Monitoring Camera

AMlens Melting Pool Monitoring Camera adopts high-brightness illumination technology independently developed by Rongsu Tech, which can remotely monitor the additive process in real time and focus on quality control; it is equipped with high cut-off optical filters, which can inhibit the interference of strong light, clearly present the molten pool of molten droplets and the detailed structure, and realize the quality analysis and parameter adjustment to improve the efficiency of the process. We have designed two series which are tailored for laser monitoring (Blue light), and WAAM Monitoring.

Metal Printing Service

Rongsu Technology provides customized design and production services for additive parts, offering 24 types of printable materials to choose from. After hundreds of batches of process test data accumulation, of which more than 220+ batches of aluminum alloy test, Rongsu Technology has already possessed a variety of additive manufacturing process paths for complex types of parts to meet the demand for free-form and complex feature parts printing. At present, about 600 parts have been printed and delivered, including head cone structural parts, trusses, thin-walled diagonal ribbed segments, etc., covering various fields such as aerospace, construction and shipbuilding, with a total weight of about 4,000 kg, which greatly shortens the cycle from design to printing and production of finished products, and effectively improves the quality and service life of the parts.

Software Service

AMtwin™ is an integrated process monitoring software developed by Rongsu Technology. It integrates equipment system monitoring, molten pool online monitoring, process monitoring, visual data and twin display, multi-process control , data analysis and other functions to monitor the entire printing process in multiple dimensions.Besides,it can monitor the quality as well as progress in real time. AMtwin™ uses digital twin technology to visually reproduce the entire print dynamic and fully record the print process as well as its data,ensuring full traceability of the print process. AMtwin™ has a user-friendly interactive system with guided operation design for more efficient human-machine collaboration,and an open process monitoring system interface that can be adapted to a wide range of equipment models.
